Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (NO LATER than 5 days) if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the parcel and product are needed when you contact us.
Return Policy
If you purchased directly from Piratech and it is in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days after receiving the parcel for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on the refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product has been used or is not in its original condition, there will be an additional 35% second-hand fee on the refund.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
